  • Reliable Finance and Island Finance, Puerto Rico – Implementation and Conversion lead.  Smaller Wells Fargo subsidiaries implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS including payroll using the PeopleSoft/HP outsourced infrastructure.  
  • Winn-Dixie – Overall Conversion and Modifications Lead for, a grocery store chain focused in the Southeast US.  The data conversion included HR, Benefit, Payroll and custom information coming from multiple systems.  Modifications include a custom archival system, tools, reports and security scheme changes and additions.
  • Bell Atlantic Mobile (Verizon Wireless) – Technical consultant for an extremely aggressive implementation schedule.  Duties included writing the Direct Deposit, positive pay and GL interfaces, supporting the installation of third-party interfaces for check printing and tax reporting, conversion and payroll implementation support.
  • Olin Corp – Payroll troubleshooting for errors during year end payrolls. Corrected the problems, optimized the environment and recovering $250,000 in lost deductions for the client.
  • Arthur Andersen – designed and coded an interface that re-linked their two separate PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll databases. The continuously updating program sensed changes in a HR database and recreated the integrated functionality in the payroll database. This included the creation and maintenance of employee tax records based on job and life centered events.
  • Lehman Brothers – go live with their HR/Benefits/Payroll implementation.  Troubleshooting and correcting failing implementation.  Duties included correcting system configuration, data conversion, GL interface, other interfaces and training.
  • Peoplesoft University – Certified instructor.  Taught Payroll 1 & 2 and Advantage Tool Kit courses to Peoplesoft and partner consultants and employees in classroom environments.
  • AskPSG – Completed several assignments advising clients on a wide range of technical topics
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan – payroll data conversion lead for a second quarter live date.  Other duties included aiding the client in the setting up the payroll tables and reporting.
