• Upgrade and re-platform to HRMS 8.9 on Oracle  
• Coordinated technical direction of upgrade
• Managed assignments for in-house resources and outside consultants
• Payroll technical lead supporting US and Canadian stores using Payroll for North America and European payroll interfaces (DB2 on IBM z/OS). 
• Responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, and testing of all tax updates.
• Production Payroll of weekly and biweekly payrolls for 40K US and Canadian employees. 
• Production support for US and Canadian tax year end processing support including coordination and testing with external vendors.
• Disaster Recovery Lead
• Designed and maintain DR systems and procedures for the HRMS application to include pre-positioning equipment and supplies in other cities to support payroll during catastrophic events to South Florida.
• Deployed with the payroll team several times due to South Florida hurricanes.  Never missed or delayed a payroll for any reason to include massive campus damage and power outages.
• PeopleSoft Implementation
• Implementation and conversion to PeopleSoft 8.3 in January 2003 from several legacy systems
• European data conversion lead
• Lead conversion team to bring all European countries into PeopleSoft HR system creating one global repository of all HR data for Office Depot
• Countries include Britain, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Holland, Switzerland, Ireland and Portugal.
